December 24 Christmas EveIt's 1:43am. I can not fall into sleep for I slept too much yesterday.
I went to Kai Li Hotel to get my prize back I gained from Aux airconditioner. We drove the car to that hotel and luckily found the tempary agency after consultation. But unfortunately, there is no people in that agency. Later, I asked my friend to drive to a Shanxi dinner near Shuguang cinema.
Noodls there were so decilious that I ate two bowls of it with garlic. After that simple,but tatsy dinner, I was reluctant to go home for it's Xmas. The road lights were on already, cars were busy moving; people were dashing for parties. I decided to go to Carrefour without any special purpose. At such a happy time, I only want to please and entertain myself. I did buy lots of things, milk powder, fruit, honey, yoghurt, etc. Oh, yeah, a big case as well for my coming learning journey. These things took me about 400 yuan. The case is quite cheap for the normal price is over 400. I was lucky to meet their discount time.
After coming back, I watched CCTV English Speaking Contest until 11pm which impressed me for those contestants demonstrated very good performances. I also had a young age as they do, but I did not have brilliant achievements as they gain. I was a little bit frustrated, but it won't affect me too much for people have different ways to go in their life journey, including me. Some of my college friends had brilliant academic records, disappointedly, they do not have an understanding that may make a measurable difference in their way. I know what I am saying is wrong in some sense as they have their appreciation about life. Uh, anyway, life is going on. Just value each day we have and make it count.
Later, I watched a special program of BBC. The program is for celebrating the end of 2006. When those VIP talked about the past happy and sad things around the world this year, Ifelt something significant behind their discussion. When could the human being enjoy a peaceful life, all of us? North Korea is headache for their nuclear weapons are stopped by others with endless sanctions; USA and other countries are tortured by unsafe factors including Iran which is another focus, even more intractable; we also have pleased news that people from all over the world are celebrating this festival with various ways, sport games like wrestling,playing football by pigs, driving minimotors, etc
I saw chaos, I saw harmony,I saw war and conflicts, I saw love and peace.
This is the world what it should be and it is on the way of being better. Merry Christmas, all human beings!
